They had to fly it in - I tried to guess where from. For some reason I pictured Iowa. I'd never been; I stuck to the coasts. But the wholesomeness of a Midwestern farm was comforting. The donor stopped being a weak-stomached nebbish and became a solid guy with a lot of land and apple-cheeked daughters. (excerpt)
